Faces

Some faces are beautiful. Some intriguing. Some have soul. These faces just 'asked' to be painted as part of my exploration of ethnicity, age, and the person that shines out from beneath the skin's surface.

You may be drawn to a particular face or specific colours, but I intended these paintings to be viewed and displayed in plural to more powerfully bring home the concept behind the work.
